 Hart’s Garage was founded in 2021 by local restaurateur Dan Hart, blending his love for cars, motorcycles, and handcrafted, made-from-scratch food. His vision created a neighborhood spot where great meals and good company come together in a garage-inspired setting.

In July 2025, Ryan, Luis, and Ivan proudly took the wheel—carrying forward Dan’s legacy with a shared passion for food, community, and creativity. While honoring what Dan built, the new team is focused on keeping the same great vibe while introducing fresh energy and exciting ideas for the future.
